In this piece, we find a couple strolling along a soft, winding trail through the woods with their beloved dog. They wander deep into the forest; the path ahead is unknown, but their hearts are certain and sure. They have always found the forest to be a place of mystery and beauty—open and honest; their perfect world.

Studies have shown that being in tranquil mountainous settings, reduces stress, improve mood, and promotes relaxation. Nature provides us an opportunity to escape the pressures of daily life and reconnect with our inner peace.
